We would like to be able to retrieve the question history via the Api. Since the chatbots and content can already be created via the API, it would be the last step for a full API experience.

I feel like if the user has asked a question that the AI bot cannot answer, it should automatically transfer to a human agent instead of asking if they want help with other questions. My trained info has SSH command line commands in the answer and original source info has those commands in code/pre tags for formatting separate from regular text. 

But My AskAI's replies loose all of such formatting right now rather that present such code/pre tag formatted text as is.
