Automatically hand over to human if bot cannot answer a question.

I feel like if the user has asked a question that the AI bot cannot answer, it should automatically transfer to a human agent instead of asking if they want help with other questions.
Just have it say something along the lines that it cannot answer the question and that it's transferring you to a human that can.

Example:

Please authenticate to join the conversation.
