This is scheduled to be completed at the start of April, it will be a customizable field that you can choose what you want to capture with.

It can be both. Our marketing is based on email and SMS. If it’s a leads form on website, it should allow for Name, Phone, Email. This can then feed the CRM. Or if a user comes back, we can detect that name is already in CRM.

Email + phone number enable website owners to get in touch with their visitors. But years of testing show that a phone number is way more effective at creating the first sales opportunity. Giving the business a possibility to answer more questions (or questions not answered by the AI) quickly on a live call will boost the ROI of the AI investment. Not all visitors will leave their number, so this field should be made optional. Visitors will decide what they want to do.
