Stream AskAI Answers as they are generated instead of waiting until completion

We are currently using the GPT-4 option but it is very slow to display answers to questions. Almost to the point where you think the system is stuck.

If AskAi could show the answer being generated as its being created instead of waiting until completion to show it, i think that would provide a much better user experience.
