Have customer email forward vs having to download the spreadsheet

I recently added AskAI to our help site, but was told to take it down. Zendesk collects emails and forwards them to [email protected]. AskAI collected emails have to be downloaded to a spreadsheets. I was really excited to add it to our help site, but was quickly shot down. Can you think of any work arounds to get a customer email to forward to our [email protected]?
