Have customer email forward vs having to download the spreadsheet

I recently added AskAI to our help site, but was told to take it down. Zendesk collects emails and forwards them to [email protected]. AskAI collected emails have to be downloaded to a spreadsheets. I was really excited to add it to our help site, but was quickly shot down. Can you think of any work arounds to get a customer email to forward to our [email protected]?

    I know this has been open a while, but just to confirm now, there are a couple of ways this can be done:

    • Using our lead capture in our own widget with the webhook to push into a CRM

    • Using one of our integrations with Zendesk/Intercom/HubSpot to collect directly
