Handover Confirming Name and Email without guidance

For the Zendesk integration, I currently use Guidance for prompting to add name and email address. If a user decides not to provide that, it still creates a ticket with no return address beyond “web-user…”

Guidance works mostly but it often asks after its been provided, because it’s coached to do that.

If there was a form that just asked for that data right away by adding two fields at the beginning would solve for both I think.
