Sometimes when the chat user types two or more messages really fast the AI will try to respond to both of them. This leads to weird behaviour like this:
Thanks, Robi. We'll look into this with the team to see if we can think of any better ways of handling this. The challenge is the bot needs to reply to each message sent to it, but two quick messages does make it look a bit stupid!
