Add a limit to the number of questions a same IP can ask

It would be very useful to be able to set a limit to the number of questions a same IP can use per hour or per day, so we avoid reaching our monthly limits too fast. Maybe there's already some sort of limitation, how can we avoid the bot to be spammed and our credits burn up?

    Abuse is a concern, yes, especially when questions are not free. The name+email form could also be used for this purpose, but having that form appear on the 2nd question is too limiting. Giving web designers the possibility to decide when both these impediments come into play would definitely improve the AI widget usability.
