Abilty to comment when "thumbs down" a responce to better train the data.
It would be nice to capture feedback during a thumbs down so it's easier to update the data with the right answer. I see a feedback area on the spreadsheet, but do not know how it gets filled. Maybe it's in planned production on your end.

Really nice idea
At the moment the issue is we don't see many people actually even clicking the buttons in the 1st place so it is probably unlikely most will then also write something.
If we see an increased usage of the thumbs up/down then it is definitely a good idea!

That makes sense.
For a work around I thought I could use the capture email field for comments.

Capture email is only available for on conversational mode

On the second one, can you try in incognito? We save it between sessions so you won’t see it come up if you have entered it once before.
