If you're not quite ready to have your AI reply directly to users, you can use "Note replies" within Intercom, so only you can see them.

An AI-generated note will be automatically produced for each user question.

You can then tweak the response before sharing, or, when you're happy your AI agent is responding as you would like, switch to full AI mode.
