Takeover macro seems redundant for the Intercom integration

I think it would be best if the bot was automatically turned off after an agent interacted with the chat.

That would eliminate the need for the awkward "Hi there, please allow me to takeover from our AI assistant to help you further." and would allow us to talk with the user better.
