We launched our email capture feature last week to y'all and we have made a few improvements to it already!

Firstly, if you make the capture optional and they don't provide their email initially it will ask them again if they get an "I don't know" response.

Secondly, you can now request a user's name as well as email, you can then use this in your comms and your chatbot may use their name in the conversation too!
