We spent a good chunk of the last week analysing our question performance, and decided we could do better. So after some late night Excel sessions looking into where we could improve (and enough charts to make your eyes bleed), we have added some fixes that should now result in fewer "I don't know" responses.

But we didn't stop there 🙅

We also dug into "Follow up" questions in Explain mode too, so you should now find they give better and more consistent answers too!
