From today, you can:

  • View your knowledge gaps (and have them automatically filled)

  • Review your custom answers and understand their performance

  • View your most commonly used content, and how effective it is in answering questions

  • Inspect every AI conversation or ticket and see exactly why it gave the answer it did and where exactly the knowledge it used to answer came from

Our HubSpot integration now works with WhatsApp, Email, SMS and Forms as well as Live chat so you can get AI replies to all HubSpot messages.

Turn it on today by going to Dashboard > Channels > HubSpot, then add the channels you want your AI agent to reply to.

You can now use your AI agent within Gorgias to provide AI responses to customers in your chat widget and helpdesk.

With our Shopify integration, you can also provide customers with answers to questions about order statuses and tracking links.
